Craig has been a part of the healthcare field for over 35 years, beginning his career as a Maintenance Supervisor at the Rehabilitation Center in Independence, Iowa. After earning his Administrator’s license, he transferred to Oelwein, where he has proudly led Grandview Healthcare Center and Oelwein Healthcare Center ever since.

Director of Nursing
Kayleigh’s healthcare journey began in high school as a Patient Needs Assistant. From there, she advanced through roles as a CNA, LPN, and RN before stepping into nursing leadership. With a strong background in wound care and quality assurance, Kayleigh brings expertise in early detection, treatment, and patient-centered care to her role as Director of Nursing (DON).
Today, she is passionate about honoring resident values, ensuring their voices are heard, and providing individualized care that prioritizes dignity and quality of life.
